Hehe, today's song is kind of a joke.  You see, tonight is the first night of the second half of the bowling season and I've got a brand new team!  No longer am I a "Meetball," and this time I'm not bowling with strangers.  No, starting tonight I'll be bowling with my two pals Blanche and Dita (and someone else???), and we're gonna call ourselves "Weezie's Boys" (totally my idea!), and so I figured what better song to feature today than this one.  Now c'mon everybody:

It's been a long, long time since I've heard much about, nor posted, Lady Gaga.   I listened to both of her albums during my walk yesterday and really got into it.  I'm certainly not liking how she's proceeding...I mean she'll just be arriving here soon to promote Born This Way, which is two years old already.  I feel a piece coming on...

Song of the Day - Set Fire to the Rain (Remix) - Adele

I just love it when a ballad sung by a female singer becomes a club remix. I've spent plenty of time over the years on the dance floor dancing to classic remixes, such as Whitney's It's Not Right, But It's Okay and My Love Is Your Love, Beyonce's Halo,  Cher's One by One, and so many more.  Well, Adele is one of those types of torch singers whose songs have worked really well in clubs, and here's a really nice remix I found this morning of Set Fire to the Rain...
