The 90's was a great time for dance music, and this song is one of the reasons why. Billy Ray Martin is a German singer whose got such a rich voice that works so well with the type of music she performs. Your Loving Arms was her biggest hit anywhere, even reaching the #1 spot on the Dance Singles chart here in the U.S. in 1995, and the strength of this one made me a huge Martin fan and her 1996 album Deadline for My Memories got so played out that I had to buy a second CD.
