Track #11 on ARTPOP is a bass-driven, mid-tempo, electronica experience...I dunno, I'm thinking David Bowie! I called it 70's when I first heard it and gave it only three stars, but I'd up it a bit after a few listens...both in sound and rating/ Check it out for yourself...
